Live calculation from catalogue data
Change your label and access point counts to see how the duration shifts by protocol. Panel draw times are medians of catalogue records — for these protocols every record is an estimate derived from vendor claims, not a measurement.
Transfer rates are typical values for the protocol class, not a commitment.
Regulatory compliance
Whether a label complies depends not on the template but on what you sell. Change the scenario and watch the required fields grow while the template stays the same.
Not legal advice. The rules and their sources are listed with references in the regulation watch.
Actual size
Product shots are at arbitrary scale and never show what fits on a shelf rail. Calibrate your screen with a bank card and see the label at its true size.
Dimensions are computed from diagonal and resolution; 1 models without a recorded resolution are excluded.

Model lookup
Whose is that model code on the quote or on the label in your hand, which protocol does it use, is it compatible with your infrastructure? One index across brands.
55 models, 13 manufacturers. Matching happens in your browser; the code you type is never sent to a server.

Surveyed claim record
Ask a single supplier "does it work with our ERP?" and the answer is always yes. What never surfaces is whether it is in writing. Pick your system and see who claimed what, with the source and the date.
Everything shown here is the firms’ own claim, not a verified integration list.

Catalogue-wide threshold
Of the 55 models in the catalogue, 43 have a lower operating limit of 0 °C. Move the aisle temperature to see how many models remain, and where their battery claims sit against the catalogue median. This threshold is invisible unless you open every product page — and it surfaces on installation day.
Operating ranges are as declared by the manufacturer. Battery figures are claims, not measurements — cold can reduce real capacity more than the claim suggests.

Distribution of published prices
If you are looking for a single price, the most accurate finding is that there isn’t one. In our index of publicly listed prices, the spread within a single size band exceeds tenfold. Pick a band and see the distribution together with how many sources it rests on.
Figures exclude VAT and are compiled from publicly listed prices. Installation, software and access points are not included; project cost varies with volume and scope. Not a commitment.

How we work
We start with a needs assessment rather than a product: store count, shelf density, update tempo and integration requirements. We then supply the model that fits the resulting technical profile, and handle installation and commissioning. Selling you a model that does not fit costs us the next project.
Every product's technical values come from the manufacturer's datasheet, product page or user manual. Any field without a source is marked "estimated" — never hidden.
There is no single list price for electronic shelf labels: quantity, screen size, installation scope and integration needs set the total. So the catalogue shows a price band, and we quote the exact figure once we have seen your scope.
For every manufacturer we list what to watch out for alongside their strengths. If a product doesn't fit your needs, the advisor shows it as a warning.
The basics
An ESL replaces the paper price tag on the shelf with an e-paper display updated wirelessly from a central server. The moment the price changes at the till, it changes on the shelf — with no human involvement.
Draws power only while the image changes. It holds the image even when powered off and reads like paper in direct sunlight.
2.4 GHz proprietary protocol, BLE, Sub-1 GHz or infrared. Communicates via ceiling-mounted access points.
4–10 years depending on model. Update frequency, colour count, LED use and ambient temperature all affect it directly.
Price, stock and promotion data flow automatically from your ERP, POS or PIM. A template engine lays out the label.
Coverage
Broad coverage from tier-1 enterprise players to value-segment manufacturers. Products from 13 manufacturers are in the catalogue; we identify the right fit with you and supply it.
Catalogue
A selection that differs deliberately in segment, size and use case.

Enter your store count, label volume, price-change frequency and staff cost; annual savings, total investment, payback period and five-year net gain are calculated instantly. The model is deliberately conservative — assumptions are not inflated to make the numbers look good.
Define your needs in seven questions; all 55 models are scored and the best matches are listed with a match rate and the reasoning.
