Where you left off
Your project readiness
The tools on this site work one by one; this page ties them into a project. What you have calculated comes from the data you entered, what you have looked at comes from a record in your browser. None of it is sent to a server.
No scope entered.
If your scope is filled in, every figure is gathered into one document.
Scope
No calculation means anything until you know your own numbers.
- Establish the label count
Every cost and infrastructure figure derives from this number; derive it from shelf metres rather than guessing.
- Clarify your industry and constraints
Constraints such as freezers, humidity or outdoor areas narrow the option pool from the outset.
Feasibility
Does it pay back, and in how long? With the assumptions visible.
- Calculate the payback period
Paper label labour and pricing-error cost are the real justification in most projects.
- Work out the five-year total cost
The initial purchase may be less than half the cost: licence, maintenance, batteries and renewal all count.
- See the environmental balance optional
Part of the rationale for businesses with sustainability reporting.
Selection
Which model, on what grounds — and with what trade-off.
- Run the advisor
Five questions narrow the catalogue to your needs and show the rationale behind each match.
- Compare candidate models
Deciding on a single model means deciding without seeing what you give up.
- See the size at actual scale optional
What fits a shelf rail is only clear at 1:1; product shots are at arbitrary scale.
Compliance
The information a label must carry changes with what you sell.
- Check your template
Default templates often lack mandatory fields such as origin and the date the price takes effect.
Technical readiness
What delays projects is usually not hardware but data and infrastructure.
- Check data readiness
A label cannot show what the ERP does not hold; missing fields are the most common source of delay.
- Estimate access point needs
Access point counts vary most between quotes; you cannot compare them without your own estimate.
- See the estate refresh time optional
Whether a campaign switch fits the update window becomes clear here.
Purchasing
What makes quotes comparable is that they answer the same specification.
- Draft a technical specification
Quotes gathered without a specification arrive in different scopes and cannot be compared.
- Assemble the feasibility report
Gathers every figure needed for investment approval into one document.
- Request quotes
Asking once your scope is clear produces results far faster than asking at the start.
“Completed” appears only when we actually hold your data. Opening a tool counts as “looked at” — we do not know the outcome, and saying so beats turning the list into something that congratulates itself.
What is stored here?
Only two things, only in your browser: your project scope (industry, store and label counts) and which of a fixed list of tool pages you opened. Articles, product and brand pages are never recorded. The record is deleted automatically after 60 days.
